How long have you been in business?
Served NW Guilford County since 1991.
What is your primary product or service?
Full Service small animal medical and surgical services including Dentistry, radiology, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, K-1 Laser therapy, routine spays and neuters, orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries, geriatric medicine and pain relief. We also have boarding and grooming for dogs and cats.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Dr. Packard has always been interested in veterinary medicine since she was little. She has a degree in wildlife conservation from NC State. She worked as a surgical nurse for 10 years after getting her nursing certificate in South Dakota and continued her nursing while she attended Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. She and her husband, Bill, returned to Reidsville, NC, to work in the hospital she volunteered in when she was in Junior High School.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The friendly and experienced staff that is always keeping up with advances in the profession. We try to get to know our clients and their needs very well.

We are located at the intersection of HWY 68 N (soon to be US 73) and Edgefield Road. Our office is located north of the Piedmont International Airport. We are directly behind the Citgo Station on Kenmont Rd.
